It does not taste bad when mixed with orange juice and the effects last throughout the day. This is a good way to get the necessary supplements we need since most of us do not eat enough of the required foods on a daily basis to get what our bodies need in order to function properly.

It’s probably not the fault of the manufacturer – this supplement has everything you would want in a food supplement and it easy to take in a liquid format. You just can’t hide the smell or the taste in anything – it doesn’t work!
I am probably going to purchase it again.
